Unable to receive attachment in Outlook 2007
User with MS Office small business 2010 and outlook 2007 is not receiving .rtf attachments from a particular user from another domain.
The sender is not in the address book and his e-mail format was changed from rich text to html but no change. User is using exchange 2000
