VPN with MIX enviroment
sorry about that my problem is:
i have DC runing windows server 2008 and my other Server running VPN server is using windows server 2008 with SSTP Technology! My problem is most of the client using windows XP and they can't connect to VPN server! only windows 7 can connect! Now i
was wonder if i can found a solution that! I can have A VPN Server which can accept connect from windows XP and Windows 7 using Windows Server 2008 VPN technology. on the other hand sorry for my bad English.

thank you for that! anyway if i want to use VPN for windows XP and windows 7 i have to use cisco product or other third party product? please guide me! all i want is one VPN server can support windows XP and Windows 7 client!

Thank you for your post.
It's caused that SSTP clients does not support Windows XP. The solution is to upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7 or use PPTP/L2TP VPN instead of SSTP VPN.

9) Which OS release will support SSTP?
SSTP client will be supported on Vista SP1 and Longhorn server (i.e. Windows server 2008). SSTP server will be supported on Longhorn server via RRAS and Vista SP1 via VPN "incoming connections".
Do we still need PPTP & L2TP/IPsec after Windows 7

Hi sochhean,
You could set up PPTP VPN on your Windows 2008 server.
Quick guide is just to install RRAS role service and run configure wizard refer to this screencast.
