Whether the setup is fine

In Win 08 server, must we use IIS 7 for it? Will it be a problem if I only see IIS 6 below?
If I further go to "http:\\localhost", I've got

Hello,
The page you are trying to access is requiring SSL. For that, only https connections is allowed. Since you are using http, you are not allowed to connect.
To solve that, disable requiring SSL for connections or use ONLY https connections.
For other questions, ask them in IIS forums.

Hi,
Thank you for the post.
It's normal. When you install IIS 6 Management Compatibility role service, your menu will show IIS 6.0 Manager (another IIS Manager is for IIS 7).
With the two IIS Managers, we could manage/create IIS6.0 & IIS7 website on single Windows 2008 server. Meanwhile, some product like SCOM 2007 require IIS 6 installed on Windows server 2008.
