Will these drives do RAID 1? Same Vendor, Size, Different Buffer Sizes.
I'm trying to set up hardware RAID 1 on 2003 server. I'm using an Adaptec 1210SA SATA RAID 1 controller.
I have two drives that are both the same size and from the same manufacturer, but different models. One drive has 16 MB cache, and the other drive has 32 MB cache. Will these drives play nice and work in a RAID 1 array?

Yes, you can use two disk with different cache to set a RAID 1.
