Window Server 2008 x86 infinite boot loop
Recently had a customer reboot their 2008 Server and now it is stuck in an reboot loop.
The server starts to load as per normal, the progress bar appears for a couple of seconds then it reboots.
Safe mode does the same thing and there are no restore points to go back to via the DVD boot.
The only way out of the loop is to Press F8 to access the Advanced Boot Options and select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement, Windows will then boot happily, problem is this only works for the current session. When the server is rebooted the issue happens
all over again.

I recommand to you to use the WhoCrashed software that reveals the drivers responsible for crashing your computer:
http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
If you find the suspectous driver, please re-install it with the use of its last version.
If WhoCrashed gave you no additional information, please update all your drivers and check if your problem is solved or not.

WhoCrashed needs a crash dump - there is none.
This server is on vmware so the drivers are pretty stock standard but I uninstalled and reinstalled a select few.
Safe mode stops at crcdisk.sys and I have googled for a fix, tried pretty much all of them
I uninstalled every application on the server and the last 2 months worth of Hotfixes.
I have run check disk .
I have copied from a working system the c:\windows\system32\drivers\ directory.

when you switch to Advanced Boot Option, can you find any errors in Event Viewer?
