Windows 2008 R2 and CAL
Dear Experts, I have a question, if I have 5 Windows 2008 R2 std. servers running in my organization. I have 5 users, and each user needs to access all 5 Windows Servers. Considering User CAL's I need to go for how many CALS, - 5 CALS for each user which means (25 CAL), so that each user is allowed to access all 5 machines OR - Just 5 CALS will be enough and each user will be able to licensed to access all 5 Windows 2008 R2 servers Waiting for your responses. Thanks, Wajeeh

Calling the assistance for that seems overkill :-) I guess that if Windows comes with 5 CALs then 5 users can connect to it.
