Windows Server 2003 Memory limit
Hello,I have this servers:
Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP2 - Intel Xeon 3.40GHz
Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server SP2 - Intel Xeon 3.00GHzOn all they detect 4096MB, but in windows it only shows 3,50GB.Is there any way to force windows to use the 4GB?Thanks,JS

Hello,I se the 4096 in the boot of the PC (I have installed an extra 1GB, and know I have phisical 4096MB of memory installed).In the server's I go to My Computer - Properties, and check for 3,50GB of memory, instead of 4,00GB.RegardsJS

This is by design. You will never see your total amount of memory similar to disk drives. The memory is allocated to devices in your server. Take a look at this article. http://blogs.msdn.com/oldnewthing/archive/2006/08/14/699521.aspx
