Can we run the below command on windows 2008 storage edition in cluster. DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /spsuperseded Hi Mazhar, DISM command mentioned above will not work on Windows 2008 (non R2) family operating systems. You can use above command on WS 2008 R2 operating systems irrespective of their editions. If you are looking for a solution to cleanup winsxs folder on WS 2008 servers, you might want to try compcln.exe.
