Hello,
please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the DC/DNS servers and the machine with problems. Are the shares in the main site or on the branch?Best regards Meinolf Weber Disclaimer: This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.

Hi,
I would like to confirm what error message is encountered when trying to access the network share?
Please make sure that the DNS settings of your clients are pointed to the DNS Server in Branch Office also.
If it does not work, would you please try to collect the information as Meinolf Weber required and upload them
here for our further research.

if you have only one DC and from branch office is unreacheble then branch office users cannot authenticate to any network service like printers or shares . My advice
is to have a RODC in branch.
