Hi,
You can use the DaRT (Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset). If you don't have CD/DVD media you can boot from USB drive of from virtual DVD. For virtual DVD you can use Daemon Tools Lite, it's free. One of 14 tools in DaRT is Locksmith
which is used for resetting local admin passwords. But, to use the DaRT must have SA (Software Assurance) or MSDN Subscription.
In addition, you can use Hiren’s BootCD. I'm not sure, but I think is free tool.
I hope this answer could help you.Romeo Mlinar

Hello Saqib,
If you are using DaRT for password recovery/reset (Locksmith) and if you don't have DVD drive on your laptop you can use USB stick. To create bootable usb stick with DaRT image you need to follow this steps:
1. Create DaRT image for your operating system, in your case this is Windows 7 32-bit.
2. On PC when you have admin privileges install Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool.
3. With installed tool create bootable USB and boot from it.
4. Follow the wizard and open Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset, when DaRT appears clik on Locksmith and follow the wizard
5. Choose on which account you want to change/reset password and finish process.
Note: you can to change only local admin or users passwords not domain.
6. Before you restart PC unplug usb stick.
7. When login screen appear login with local administrator and enter new password.
I need to mention that Administrator account in Windows 7 is disabled by default, but you can to enable it if you are local admin on your PC or if you are not you can enable it with some other tools.
I hope this answer could help you.

windows PE + nt locksmith (sysinternals)
is the method I recommend; but if you are unfamiliar with these tools can use YUMI – Multiboot USB Creator (http://www.pendrivelinux.com/yumi-multiboot-usb-creator/)
and add to your bootable usb "Offline NT Password & Registry Editor".
