There are several scripts available available in the script center. Have you taken a look there?

Your question relates to a 3rd-party product.  I suggest you direct your question to Symantec customer support.

It is however possible, by using just VBscript to extract files from Enterprise Vault. You should ask your supplier if they have these scripts available for you, I have used them in the past and it works quite well.
