Hi, The "Access is denied" means there is permission problem or software conflicts. If the above KB cannot solve your this error, please try the steps below to narrow down the cause. 1.Does this error occur on any other account? 2.Create a new user account to test. 3.Reboot the computer into Safe Mode and test. 4.If the issue still persists, let us know if there is any changes made on the server and when did you log on successfully.
