when I tried to search the documents iam seeing internal server exception.I followed some solutions provided in blog but no luck.Please help to resolve the issue

Hi sridama,This issue occurs when the Search service application proxy is associated with a web application but is not associated with any Search service applications in the farm.
See the URL that exactly talking about the issue.please let me know the status.If the issue is resolved,let me know what you see in the Logs related to search.
