i have installed the x73 on my windows 2000 pro but am unable to scan to coppy.i get "scanner couldn't be enabled" and "scanning was canceled or terminated abnormaly" messages. lexmark support says microsoft is aware of this broblem and to see article 305521. this article doesn"t seem to exist on microsoft fix.
