ntdll.dll Application Error
I'm periodically getting ntdll.dll application errors and can't figure out why.
I'm using Server 2003 R2 64-bit. Any ideas?

Hi,
I was wondering if you can provide any more information about the system
that this occurred on, I looked up wtmips402 on google and nothing
showed up. My guess is that there is an incorrect call being made from
wtmips402.exe to ntdll.dll. If this is a Quest component, their
development/support staff might know something.

Hi JohnAtQuest,
It seems that the ntdll error is generated because of the application wtmips402.exe. Please try to uninstall the program, reboot your computer
and then install the latest version again. If the software program has any updates or service packs available, install them too. The software's programmers may have identified an issue with the program that caused the ntdll.dll error and then issued a patch
for it.
If the software reinstallation fail to solve the problem, it is also possible that the ntdll.dll file is corrupt. Please also try to run a repair installation of Windows Server
2003 with installation media.
Regards,
Karen Ji
