I have 3 laptops, printer, NAS and xbox360 connected to a router, now the printer can be accessed by all laptops but each laptop cannot detect each other or the NAS drive. Any help gratefully appreciated..

Hi, Firstly, please let us know the following: 1. Are all the laptops running Windows 7? 2. Did the issue occur previously? Meanwhile, based on my research, please try the following: 1. Check if issue will also occur in Clean Boot Mode and Safe Mode with Networking. 2. Check if you can access each other using //ip address format. 3. Check if all the laptops can ping each other successfully. 4. Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP and see how it works.
