I was looking at the recently updated http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39684 and it asks the question on page 2 of "Determining how apps can be purchased and deployed in bulk to faculty and students" but then it doesn't answer it as far as I can tell anywhere in the document.  I have still not seen good info on deploying store purchased apps to large numbers of devices with bulk purchasing?

Sorry my link was wrong in original post I meant to link to the one you have linked to.  However there still is no answer in there about how to bulk purchase.  If you can find it can you tell me what page it is on?
