If you're getting the blue screen what is the exact error message and code? Upload the minidump files to the public folder at www.skydrive.com for someone to analyze your dump files. When did the blue screen errors start? Try running the Memory Diagnostic tool to check your RAM for possible errors. Any Warranty left?Constant BSOD of various denominations makes me suspect a hardware type of problem. The drive manufacturer will have free bootable diagnostic software to thoroughly check out the condition of the hard drive.Have you overclocked the machine at all? Maybe setting the Bios to "Safe Defaults", or even searching for an available Bios update might resolve it? another person said this I have managed to fix the problem. It would appear that the application IOLO System Mechanic Pro 9.5 is the culprit. The STD NON PRO version, System Mechanic 9.5.5 seems to be working ok and not crashing the PC.I never ever recommend any kind of registry fixer/cleaner that isn't by Microsoft, that's just asking for trouble and causes more problem than its worthMCSE, MCSA, MCDST [If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" button at the top of this message. As the BOSD issue can be caused by many different factors, such as the drivers are not compatible with win7, the CPU temperature is too high, and so on. It’s better to upload your Minidump log to your public folder in the SkyDrive for analyzing, we can find some evidence from it. Please don't contain any personal information in it. At the same time, you can try the following suggestions to troubleshoot your issue. 1. Apply the latest BIOS and drivers for your machine from HP, you can get them from the manufacture. 2. Test your machine in the safe mode, if it works fine in the safe mode, please test in Clean Boot, you can refer to KB315263. I hope this can help you. John
