AT&T Lightning Card
I use and AT&T lightning card and was running vista. I got the famous local only and after many days on the phone with AT&T crossing my fingers and praying will only connect in 2g only. Disable ip6, disable all other network devices, nothing works. Update firmware and try sierra's connection software, still same. Upgrade to 7 (clean install) as AT&T said this issue does not exist in 7. I guess I was the first to tell them it does. Same thing, 3 g only or let the software negotiate 2g or 3 g and the software says I am connected, but can not browse. Switch to 2g only and connects fine.
