A mallware was sending emails from my account without my permission. I send and email to the abuse team yesterday to report the problem, and today they closed my account. Why?

A mallware was sending emails from my account without my permission. I send and email to the abuse team yesterday to report the problem, and today they closed my account.
Why? I need this account back asap!2 people need an answerI do too

Your email provider (probably your ISP) probably closed your account because your computer is infected and is flooding their network with spam. Clean up your computer and when you are sure it is 100% clean, call your email provider and have them reopen your
account.
