You cannot which is why you need a malware app. There are free ones (like Malwarebytes)
I would strongly recommend making sure you have Microsoft security essentials installed and installing malware bytes on your machine. malware bytes is completely free, you do not need the paid version to detect the malware on your machine.
Run a full scan with malware bytes and this will pick up the majority of it.
