I get an asses denied error whin I try to modify MSCONFIG.msconfig.exe is a Windows system utility. Why (and how) are you attempting to modify it?

Do you mean that while trying to make a system modification with msconfig, you see a message like this:An Access Denied error was returned while attempting to change a service.
