Accessing Skydrive Public Folder using Windows7
I set up a Public folder in my Skydrive account and uploaded a file for others to download. I embedded the <iframe> code in my web page so all a person has to do is click on the embedded folder icon. From computers with Windows XP Pro and XP Home the embedded links work fine, however, from a computer with Windows7 the embedded link doesn't work. I tried creating a regular hyperlink to the Skydrive Public folder bypassing the <iframe> embedded code. The link takes the person to Live.com but requires the person to login with my Hotmail account. I have also tried to access the Skydrive using Firefox with the same result. How can I get the Skydrive links on my website to work for all operating systems?
