Add Windows XP to wireless home network
Hi just want to add a lapttop running xp to a wireless network at home. are the network icons going to be shown as they are always shown on vista and windows 7 and is there a network centre for xp so am not sure if the connection was correct. Hi Vanchoch, Please visit the following link for instructions on how to connect a Windows XP computer to a wireless network: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/setup/wireless.mspx#4 As for the connection dropping, I'd highly recommend downloading the latest drivers for your wireless adapter. If you can get me the model number and company who makes it, I can usually provide you a link to the driver.
