The problem solved. I went to the recycle bin and restored four programs I had removed previously. They are PC Relocator Ultra Control, Outlook, AOL Sved PFC, and a folder on my desktop called Inet. I do not know which restored program did the trick but the problem is solved. Thank you for all of your help. I had tryed every suggestion but none of them worked.1 person needs an answerI do too

Why has this issued not be addressed? For several months is appears that nothing is being done to correct the issues with the add remove program. From the number of issues regarding Microsoft's add or remove program I hope the techs are working on the solutions.
