After cleaning uo my hard drive, Windows 7 cannot see my system images.
Good afternoon! After successfully making several system images the last three days, yesterday evening I decided to proceed to a hard disk cleaning-up of my HD which contains the Operating system (Windows 7). After I cleaned up everything that Windows allowed me to do, including a system files cleanup of the current hard disk, Windows 7 are unable to see the system images. The system images were stored in an another internal hard drive and they are still there(capacity of 64GB). How is it possible to make Windows see my system images again?

Please confirm when you were indicated that Windows 7 are unable to see the system images. Before the restart or after the restart as suggested? Did you receive any error? Please open the Win7 Help and Support, then search Restore files from a system image backup, we will show three methods. You can use method 1: To restore using the Recovery Control Panel (recommended) again. After clicking Use a system image you created earlier to recover your computer, is it shown that "Windows could not find any file backups on this computer"? Was is your situation? If so, you can try method 2: To restore using pre-installed recovery options. It is to boot into WinRE mode to do System Image Recovery. What is the result? Good Luck! Nina
