I was given a computer to fix. I was to get through the bios password. That of course is very easy. He also asked me to make it so the system would skip the log-in screen. I searched for a moment and saw a registry change I could make to have it auto log-in to the administrative account. Unfortunately I am thinking When I deleted the user name(convert) and made a new string called adminauto login, or something like that I messed something up. Now when I get to my login screen convert doesn't show up but home does. They want to sell this so I erased that name and put in Home to make it as generic as possible. I didn't make a password for home I just erased convert from the registry. The administrative account is not working and the guest is disabled. So what gives? I can't even get into safe mode to do I system restore. I dug this hole. Can anyone pull me out.1 person needs an answerI do too
