How can i enable LYNC Conference Recording for only Conference organizers, not for other participants in LYNC 2010?

If I set Set-CsConferencingPolicy Identity "Global" AllowConferenceRecording $False, it is disabling recording for everyone.

However we need Conference organizer should able to record, not other participants.

You can block federated and anonymous users from recording by setting this in the same conferencing policy (use the AllowExternalUsersToRecordMeeting parameter) so only users in your organization can record, but limiting it to the organizer and not other Lync users in your domain isn't possible with native functionality.

Thank You Anthony, if this is not native functionality, is there anyway we can tweak to allow only organizer to record?

I believe you'd have to disable it completely in the policy for those who need this and use third party desktop recording software as a workaround.
