Running XP2000 on a Toshiba 5005 S504 laptop (yes, old, I know) and have a DSL connection. Everything is SLOW from loading a page to just scrolling down a page to typing in a URL. Without spending a ton of money can anyone recommend a diagnostic download or service for either XP and/or Toshiba? I'm not super computer savvy but I do run a virus program and I've tried to dump any programs I don't use. I'm a pretty basic user, emails, surfing, banking. Looked online trying to see reviews of diagnostics but so much info!! Any suggestions to get me even in the right direction would be most appreciated. Thanks!1 person needs an answerI do too
