Hi Sorry about that, though I was adding to a topic. I was contacted by telephone by a lady purporting to be microsoft technical support. She told me that my computer had been sending error messages to microsoft and that they were there to help.I feel a bit dumb but I ended in an on line meeting and before I knew it she had downloaded Advanced system optimiser. Then another guy came on and the next thing was asking for an anual payment of £84.94 . The deal was for them - www.onlinepcmasters.com to speed up my pc and give me support if I had any problems. To be honest we are a small business and I dont have an IT department and it sounded attractive as my main pc is very slow. I then panicked and hit the f11 key to stop the meeting in order to do some checking on this company - hence this post. If the software does what it says on the tin and the company is genuine then I am tempted to go with them . They rang me back today and the worrying thing is that they said they could sort out all my pcs - as if they already have access to them - but perhaps they would have to have an on line meeting to do this. Any help/advice would be gratefully recieved. Best Bob

These are SCAM and FAKE for sure , don't fall to them. Microsoft will NEVER call you unless you ask them to call you, in the otherhand error that you sending to Microsoft won't have any personal detail and no one no that who that error belongs too, just they know that there was error. So I suggest to report it to anti-fraud department in your country.
