Are you Sure?
Does anyone know how to remove or turn off. "Are you sure" messages? Specifically I am referring to Explorer and Rename.

If you're talking about User Account Control, you can adjust some settings in the control panel for it. A little more detail would be helpful...

No. I was not speaking of the uab. I was alking about "Are sure messages" when you change a file extension or delete a file. I already have my UAC settings to mininal.

Hi Renee,
Right-click on
Recycle Bin and choose Properties. Uncheck the box for
Display delete confirmation dialog. You can delete the item directly without warning.
Regarding changing a file extension warning, there is no workaround to disable it. However, you can run command to rename the file.
Eg:
ren document.doc document.abc
