First, thank you Mr. Zhou. I have beening fighting tomap the drive on my vista vpn server from my XP client for over 2 weeks. Search the internet far and wide, but your solution worked!! Thanks!!!!But now I must ask why does it work? My quess is because the loop back adapter has NET BIOS over TCP/IP enabled while this is not enabled on the PPP adapter. I recognized this early as a possible problem, the lack of NET BIOS over TCP/IP on the PPP adapter, but I could never find a way to enable it.
