Attributes not syncing into Connector Space when using Granfeldt PowerShell MA

We have been using a Novell IDM system but are looking at replacing it with FIM to remove the last of the Novell software from our systems.  The goal for this first phase is to just replace the functionality of the Novell portion which syncs users from an Oracle Portal (OID) with Active Directory.  In looking through the MAs available for FIM, it appeared the way to do this would be by using your PowerShell MA.  I had started experimenting with the setup of the MA and had it working successfully on a test system.  But last week I started configuring the production server and have run into a problem.  For some unknown reason 3 of the attributes from the OID data are not coming over to FIM.

I have manually run the PowerShell IMPORT script and the data that is returned contains the attributes.  I have enabled the debugging in the MA and in checking that log I can see the attributes being received.  But when I look at the run results or the connector space itself I am not getting the data.  I have tried removing and re-creating the MA.  Tried mapping the import flow to a different attribute.

Yesterday afternoon we opened a ticket with Microsoft to see if they could assist and after spending a couple hours on the phone with the analyst we were still unable to resolve the issue.  His suggestion was go to the online forums for further assistance.

So any suggestions on what might be happ

A little more info on the setup.

Server is running Windows 2012 Standard with all patches current.
FIM is running 2010 R2, v4.1.3441.0
SQL is SQL 2012
Granfeldt PowerShell MA v4.5.0.2

The attributes that I am working with are all strings.  They were added into the OID directory to hold the user ID numbers for the person.  When running the import.ps1 that is called by the MA I am able to see all the data correctly and it looks no different than any other string attribute.
