Auto activations of metro screen app when Mouse hover over program icons in Windows 8.

Computer with touch pad.

When touch pad cursor is moved over a metro screen icon this is immediately starting this program pointed to. if moving to the "normal windows screen the mouse can be placed over icons without activating them. In the setup for the touch pad I have set it as slow as possible and as insensitive as possible. For disabled person menu I have checked that this is not activated. How is this behavior turned off?

Please test your touch pad with other Windows 8. Also, update touch pad driver manually from manufacturer.
