I want to convert a PC to an Interactive device with Microsoft LYNC, I want to make sure when the system start up and logs in Microsoft LYNC runs automatically taking full screen instead of the start screen or windows desktop.

Hi,

Based on my research, please perform the following step to have a try.

1.Set the Taskbar Properties.

1)Right-click the Taskbar, and select Properties.

2)Select Navigation Tab, and check "When I sign in or close all apps on a screen, go to the desktop instead of Start"

2.Set Lync program to Automatically start Lync when I log on to windows.

1)Open Lync program>>Options>>Personal

2)Check "Lync program Automatically start Lync when I log on to windows"

In addition, we cannot make Microsoft LYNC run automatically taking full screen as your wanted.
