Automatic Logon to OWA, website not found
I'm having a problem with the automatic logon with current username/password setting in IE in our network. When automatic logon is set, and the user attempts to get to OWA through IE, it doesn't go through, and IE gives an error indicating the website is
not found. Turning off the automatic logon allows access to the site, but requires a username and password. I have tried different user accounts, different computers, freshly built computers, all of them have the same symptoms.
Our sharepoint site is unaffected by this, and automatic logon works fine with sharepoint. They both use the same credentials.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi,
Did this issue occur with both IE8 and IE9? I suggest to perform these test to troubleshoot the issue:
1 Logon with
Clean Boot
2 Delete all credential in Windows 7 Credential Manager
3 Install
S/MINE control for OWA
4 Try to add OWA to IE trusted sites or local intranet, then set IE security settings\custom level\User authentication\automatic logon only in intranet zone for test.
5 Disable protected mode in IE
6 Go to IE>Control Panel>Network & Internet>Internet Options>Advanced>,
and scrolled down a long list until I found "security settings," and I UNCHECKED
these 3 boxes:
1) check for publisher's certificate revocations
2) check for server certificate revocations
3) enable intergrated Windows authentication
If the issue persists, since the issue occur with many PC,
I suggest to contact Exchange Server Forum to check if any configuration should be set for OWA. Also you can go to IE forum for further help:
