I'm keen to use the Windows 7 RSS feed desktop gadget as a replacement for our old XP active desktop, which used to display a web page with a scrolling web based RSS aggregator. The deployment is for a school and I need to be able consistently deliver the desktop gadget for all users and also have it locked up so that pupils can't change any of the settings. I appreciate this is a tall order - hope you can help.
