Hi,
Would you please let me know if you can access the mapped network driver via UNC path after losing connection? Did you receive any error message?
Please update your network adapter manually from manufacture's website and check if the following KB is helpful.

Hi,
Can you ping the network drive? What is the error when trying to access the connection?
First make sure
the advance sharing setting
is correct. If you use the router, please also update the router's firmware from the manufacture's website.
Then let's check the required services are running properly.
Check service
-----------------------
1. Click Start, type Services.msc in Start Search bar, and then press Enter.
2. In the right pane, double-click
Network Location Awareness service.
3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, click Apply, click Start, and then click OK.
4. Go to check the
Network List Service as well.
5. After that, reboot the computer in
Clean Boot.
If the issue persists, open an elevated CMD windows and type the following commands one by one to reinstall your IPv4 and IPv6 Protocol.
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh interface IPV4 uninstall
netsh interface IPV4 install
netsh interface IPV6 uninstall
netsh interface IPV6 install
However, if it doesn't work, enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP for testing.
1) Go to "Control Panel -> Network and Internet ->Network Connections".
2) Right-Click on the connection and choose Properties.
3) Click "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Version 4" in the list.
4) Click Properties, and then click Advanced.
5) On the Advanced TCP/IP settings windows, go to "WINS" tab.
6) Under NetBIOS setting, click "Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP", and then click OK.
