My Avast! Antivirus expired and I followed the link that it asked me to follow to get a new version of it well that didn't work out and now my computer is unprotected and I can't put any other virus protection on it because it still says that the old version is turned off. When I downloaded the new version to my computer it had two buttons on the summary tab, one said fix now and that was to fix it from being unprotected and the other was to turn the virus protection on I click both of them and neither of the buttons did what they were suppose to do so how do i get Avast! completely off my computer and put a new virus protection on it so I can have an antivirus program that works and will be reconized by windows?1 person needs an answerI do too
