I set a bandwidth limit in gpedit.msc (10 Kbps both boxes, use all available unchecked). Does nothing. Rebooted. Checked registry to see if setting were there, they were. How do I know it's not working? I look at my bandwith and PC is using all of it (1024 Kbps). If I stop the BITS service, my PC uses zero bandwidth. I start BITS again, all bandwidth.
