BSOD
How do I access the dump file when my system suffers a bsod on bootup ? I have tried to start in safe mode with and without networking, that did not work. I have tried to restore and that doesnt work. I cant access the system in any way that I know how to. What are my option ? Its a dell studio 17 with win 7 oem install and it is my stepdaughters. That is all the info that i have.

You could try booting your system using a Linux live distribution, copy the DMP file to a USB device and upload it to your Windows Live SkyDrive (so we can analyze it) using another PC. Bye.Luigi Bruno
