BSOD - Studio XPS on Windows 7
I've Windows 7 on a Dell Studio XPS, running on i7. I've been getting BSODs for a few months now. Long story short, when the BSOD started, I had to travel and didn't have time to get someone to look at it. Basically, my laptop will just drop off into a blue screen, and from what I can read in the few seconds it's there before the laptop restarts, they say there might be a memory issue and to check if I've enough memory. Which is strange because sometimes, the laptop is not doing anything before BSOD occurs. I've done a RAM check but no error was found. I have uploaded the last five minidumps here: http://cid-8b879f1ae611b0d5.office.live.com/self.aspx/Public/minidumps.zip I know for sure the laptop restarted on 3 Jan 2011. Hope someone can assist with this!

The minidump files show a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M stop error caused by the teefer2.sys. The teefer2.sys is a driver for Symantec Endpoint Security so try updating Symantec Endpoint Security or uninstall it and go with other security software such as Microsoft Security Essentials.

Thank you! I'll have to look into this. It has the latest updates so I'll have to see what else is causing this.
