Hello I'm very new to this and I tried looking on the Internet to get some assistance with this but couldn't find anything specific that can help me...if you guys can help I'd greatly appreciate it. Just upgraded to Windows 7 and everything has been fine and dandy until I tried installing my webcam...after some research I found out that my old webcam was NOT compatible with Win7. Then I went to pick up a new one Logitech Webcam C210 which indicated that it was compatible with my OS ~ however the same error where during install, my computer will go into BSoD indicating something wrong with the file Ks.sys...can someone please help me!

Unresolved, this is the same issue for me as well. I have the Logitech WebCam C300; I looked through my already installed Hotfixes and the KB979538 is already installed. Please help with this BSOD
