I want to report a bug in Windows 7. Bug causes thumbnail cache to be deleted and recreated randomly. If this in not proper forum to report bugs, give me address where I can report it, because this bug causes data loss and should have a critical importance. I don't want any hacks or links to similar reports, because it not fix the issue. Thank you!

Thank you, but it's really proper form to report bugs there ? Don't you guys have some bugtracker or bugforum or simply bugmail where I can report bugs and get some info about that bug is under investigating etc ?
