Backup to local drive within a folder?
It's great that Win7 now comes with a Ghost-like backup utility. However, when I specify another local drive as backup destination, the utility saves the backup in root directory! But I'd like it to save inside a directory. For the moment, I succeeded to "trick" it by making it save the backup to a network share which points to that local drive directory: I created a folder called "backup_image", then shared it. And then use \\localhost\backup_image as backup destination. Do I miss something in the GUI and this trick isn't really necessary?

I can confirm this is the intended operation. I always believed it was to aid in the recovery process, as it may be designed to only search the root folder for a system image during recovery. I see. But I'm not sure this "intention" is good as I don't see much advantage to this :-/ Anyway.
