I am running XP with SP3 and my Windows backup program works perfectly, creating the backup file on an external HD. At the end it asks me to insert a formatted floppy into drive A:, which I do, but no matter what I do, it just does not see it and asks me to insert a floppy again. The floppy is there, it has been formatted and is clean, and it works fine, except for the backup program. Why? What can I do?1 person got this answerI do too
