These were Related to ewusbnet.sys USB NDIS Miniport Driver from Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.  I would re-install the newest driver available.

Also (and important) you have AVG & McAfee installed.  It is never a good idea to run multiple Malware applications.  I would remove both and use the built in defender.

These were Related to avgwfpa.sys AVG Firewall driver from AVG Technologies CZ,  I would remove and replace it with the built in defender.  When you remove AVG defender should automatically enable itself, if it does not you can download it from the below links
