Better Internet Monitor
Sometimes my internet runs slow for some reason and I would like to see what program is using what percentage of bandwidth. Similar to the way you can see what programs are using what percentage of CPU. The network monitor in resource monitor doesn't work. I have ISDN internet on Windows Vista Home Premium with SP2 Beta but I haven't heard 7 having a feature that does this.

Hi, Please understand that network label in Resource Monitor displays the current total network traffic and the percentage of network capacity. Its a real-time tool. To test if the network monitor works, please open network monitor, then open a new website in IE. Does it work? Thanks.

Ok if I open Task Manager and click the Networking tab i get a usage graph of my internet usage which seems to work. It's just that in the Reliability andPerformance program there is no section for my internet. There is a section for: CPU, Disk, Networking and Memory. But nothing for internet :(.
