If you can still boot the system, you might be lucky to be able to locate a memory dump file (if your computer ever bluescreened while the drive was bitlocked, then there should be one). Inside that memory dump, there's your key and there are tools that can use it, for example https://www.elcomsoft.com/efdd.html

Please check if you have saved the recovery key to removable media or OneDrive.
Please recall if you print the recovery key.

If you forget the password and lost the recovery key, you cant decrypt the bitlocked drive.
