When I click on "Computer" in Start menu it is blank... Nothing there except side panel with 'Favorites' 'Libraries' 'Homegroup' 'Computer'... Also when I click on "Control Panel" in Start menu it is also blank except it says 'Adjust your computers settings.What would be the fix for this in Windows 7... This has been like this since new install with an occasion of showing all in both of them. But most of the time nothing shows.
